Terms of Use

AGBoard - PCBEditor ("the app") is provided by AGBoard. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.

License

Use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These terms supplement, but do not replace, that agreement.

Subscriptions

AGBoard - PCBEditor is free to download and includes five file opens at no charge on the device. After those five file opens, continued use requires an auto-renewable monthly or annual AGBoard Pro subscription purchased through the App Store.

Subscriptions, billing, renewals and cancellations are managed by Apple through your Apple Account settings.

Refunds and any statutory right of withdrawal are handled by Apple as the seller of record, through reportaproblem.apple.com. AGBoard cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.

Intended use

The app is a viewer and inspection tool for PCB manufacturing files. It is provided for engineering, inspection and educational purposes. You are responsible for verifying any data, measurement or export against your authoritative design and manufacturing files before relying on it for production.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AGBoard does not warrant that file parsing, rendering, measurements or exports are error-free for every file or format variant.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including any manufacturing decisions based on its output.

Your content

You retain all rights to the files you open in the app. Files are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to AGBoard. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
